Students at Provine High School had the opportunity to see and speak with aviation professionals from both the commercial and educational arenas. Provine Aviation Day was held to give students the chance to ask questions and try their hand at flying unmanned aerial systems, drones. Professionals from American Airlines and the FAA spoke about the paths to a number of careers. They also gave students a chance to try out their skills at flying a drone. Hinds community college was also on hand to give the students information about their Aviation Maintenance program. You can see one of our current aviation pathway scholars show just how good she is by clicking here at Students Fly Drones.
