The Callaway Chargers Track Team is progressing quickly throughout this season. On April 6th, the girl’s team won first place in the Jackson Public Schools Championship, and the boys came in second overall. Coach Bates stated, “I feel like we are peaking at the right time and getting ready for the District, which is approaching on April 18th.” Courtsey: Kiyoni Turner She is a Sophomore at Callaway High School. A student-athlete who participates in basketball and track. She enjoys reading and competitions.
