October 16, 2020
TheFall Learning Experience Surveytakes only five minutes to complete. Parents, students, and staff have an opportunity to shape the District's plans to improve virtual learning.
Over the last couple of weeks, we've heard from over 900 teachers who have shared their experiences and feedback on the Learning Experience survey. We've learned thatover 75% of teachers that have participated in the survey feel supported in their role – specifically, that they know who to go to when they need help and that they receive timely support when asked. We also heard thatonly 50% of participating teachers feel that their workload is sustainable and that they can meet the expectations of their job this school year.
We are eager to hear more from our teachers as well as our students and families about what their experiences have been with virtual learning. We are asking our students and families to continue sharing their feedback on what's been going well and what could be improved for this school year by completing the survey.
