Tiffany Cline's passion for education was inspired by the educators who poured into her as a child and by her belief that education has the power to change a child's life trajectory. Now serving as Director of Early Childhood Education for the JPS Hinds Pre-K Collaborative, Cline brings four years of experience within the Early Childhood Department, having previously served as a curriculum lead and Director of Library Services.

She earned her undergraduate degree in Family and Childcare Education from Jackson State University, along with graduate degrees in Reading, Curriculum, and Educational Leadership from both Belhaven University and Mississippi College. Tiffany approaches leadership as an opportunity to serve others with excellence, integrity, and purpose.

As she begins this new chapter, she looks forward to building strong partnerships, supporting educators, and celebrating the successes our scholars will achieve together.
