Jackson Public Schools proudly hosted its Summer Commencement ceremony on Friday, June 17, 2025, celebrating the achievements of more than 30 graduates from the Class of 2025. The event took place at Forest Hill High School, located at 2607 Raymond Road in Jackson.
Graduates from Callaway, Forest Hill, Jim Hill, Murrah, and Provine high schools were honored for completing their graduation requirements through the JPS Summer School program. These scholars demonstrated unwavering commitment and resilience in reaching this important milestone.

Hinds County Sheriff Tyree Jones delivered the keynote address and offered words of encouragement and inspiration to the graduates and their families.
The ceremony was a meaningful celebration of academic success and personal perseverance. It highlighted not only the hard work of the graduates but also the vital support of their families, educators, and the broader JPS community.
A second summer graduation ceremony is scheduled for July 18 at 6:00 p.m. at Forest Hill High School.
