
Dr. Faith Strong has been named Executive Director of Enrollment Strategy and Data Systems for the Jackson Public School District.
The Office of Enrollment Services, Data Management and Dropout Prevention has been renamed the Office of Enrollment Strategy and Data Systems to reflect our expanded focus on using data strategically to drive decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness. The new name emphasizes our commitment to aligning enrollment processes, data systems, and cross-functional collaboration to advance district goals and enhance the educational experience for all scholars.
Dr. Strong currently leads the district's efforts in enrollment services, student information systems, records, transcripts, and state reporting. She brings 25 years of experience in education as a teacher, interventionist, assistant principal, principal, and district administrator. Dr. Strong earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Jackson State University, as well as a Specialist Degree and a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from Mississippi State University. Her academic journey reflects her lifelong dedication to learning, leadership, and service.
Dr. Strong remains committed to leading with purpose, leveraging data to drive meaningful change, and ensuring every scholar has access to opportunities that support success and achievement. In her spare time, she enjoys community service, mentoring others, and creating meaningful memories with loved ones.
