
Scholars at Boyd Elementary School received a special gift of warmth and kindness thanks to the generosity of FedEx Cares and Operation Warm on November 12. FedEx volunteers distributed 462 brand-new coats to Boyd Elementary scholars as part of an ongoing effort to support children and families in need.
Boyd Elementary Principal Joseph Collins expressed gratitude for the donation. “We are incredibly grateful for partners like FedEx and Operation Warm,” said Principal Collins. “Their generosity ensures our scholars are not only warm this winter but also reminded that they are valued and supported.”

Since 2016, FedEx has distributed more than 1.4 million coats to children nationwide through its partnership with Operation Warm, helping them feel cared for, confident, and ready to succeed both academically and socially.
