Proposal Guidelines

If you are interested in submitting a proposal, please follow the instructions in the Proposal Guidelines.

All proposals must be submitted electronically to JPS, repurpose@jackson.k12.ms.us, as a single PDF document. Proposers are advised to follow the sequence outlined in the Proposal Guidelines document and make it clear which topic from the Proposal Guidelines is being addressed in the proposal.

Please review the Repurposing Proposal Evaluation Calendar for any questions related to the Repurposing Team’s review schedule. NOTE: Proposals submitted after 12 p.m. (local time) on an RFP closing date will not be reviewed for that round. Respondents will be notified, and their proposals will automatically be added to the evaluation pipeline for the next RFP round.
