Meet the Counselors

  • Ebonie Butler-Cheeks

    Virtual Office Mrs. Butler-Cheeks

    Butler-Cheeks is the 12th-grade counselor. She is a graduate of the Holmes County Public School District and Delta State University.  She has an Educational Specialist in School Counseling degree from Jackson State University.  Her philosophy on education is "Every child is a success story."

    Angela C Samuels

    Samuels is the 11th-grade counselor.  She is a graduate of the Ridgeland Public School system and the University of Mississippi.  She obtained a Master's of Education Specialist degree from Mississippi College.  Her favorite aspect of counseling is getting to know her students.

    Monica Dickerson

     

    Shonda Henderson 

    Henderson is the 9th-grade l counselor, a proven classroom teacher, a mentor, and an advocate for scholars.  She is a graduate of Humphrey County School District and Mississippi Valley State University.  She has an Education Specialist Degree in School Counseling from Mississippi College.
