My name is Brandon Hackett I am the Physical Science teacher here at Provine High School. This is my second-year teaching here at Provine and I am happy to be apart of this educational team.  I am from McComb, MS at small town in south Mississippi where I was raised. I’m a graduated of Tougaloo College where I received my Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2016. I also received my Master of Public Health with concentration in Epidemiology from Jackson State University. I look forward to teaching and working with your scholars this school year and hope to drive their interest in the sciences. My goal is to actively affect the way my students will view technology in science in my classroom even during this difficult time. I want to connect students to everyday things they take part in unaware that they are doing science every day and engage them in the discussion.
