Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three lift types: squat, bench press, and deadlift. Forest Hill High is reestablishing their teams this year.  Join the school is celebrating these scholar athletic.

The 2019-2021 competion for the Ladies will be be with Brandon, Jim Hill, Northwest Rankin, Pearl, Terry and Wingfield in class III Region 3 District 6.  The male will competed with Brookhaven, Jim Hill, Laurel, Natchez, Wayne County, and Wingfield in 5A Region 3 District 6.
