About Boyd Elementary
Boyd Elementary School is the Home of The BOBCATS. The Boyd Elementary staff is dedicated to the academic, social, and emotional well-being of all students. We are driven, motivated, and prepared to increase the achievement of every scholar that comes into Bobcat Land!

Boyd Elementary School is named after Mary Lee Boyd (1874-1949). This French Camp native graduated from Central Mississippi Institute and taught at Lenago, Madison County, Starkville, and Aberdeen. In 1913, she came to Central High School in Jackson, MS, where she taught history until 1945. Boyd Elementary is located at 4531 Broadmeadow St. Jackson, Ms 39206.
