Department Overview
The Jackson Public Schools Web Office produces and manages content for the District's digital platforms as a function of the Office of Public Engagement. It also provides training and support to all users of these platforms. With its potential for facilitating positive constituent engagement, we see web communications as a key component of the District's mission to provide every scholar a quality education in partnership with parents and the community.

Training and Support
We offer dedicated web training and technical support specifically tailored for school web sponsors and departments across the district.
Quality Assurance Monitoring
We perform regular quality assurance monitoring to ensure all district and school web content remains accurate, up-to-date, and visually cohesive.
Onflo Administration
We handle Onflo administration services by managing user accounts, permissions, and access verification procedures to ensure system security and smooth operation.
