ENA Telephone Services

The Jackson Public School District completed the installation of handsets at all locations the week of August 28 - September 1, 2023. Beginning on Thursday, September 7, ITS will begin making name changes, line additions to phones, repairs to phones, as well as taking requests for additional phones.

All requests must be submitted using the links on the JPSD ITS Helpdesk found at https://jpsd.samanage.com.

Phone Forwarding

Call forwarding can also be handled inside the "My ENA" portal, but forwarding cannot be done by using the "Features" menu on the phone.

Forward

  • Pick up the handset.
  • Dial *72 then the 10-digit number you need to transfer the calls to.
  • Wait a couple of seconds and it will beep twice.
  • Hang up.

Un-Forward

  • Pick up the handset.
  • Dial *73.
  • Wait a couple of seconds and it will beep twice.
  • Hang up.
