ENA Phone System Roll-Out
The Jackson Public School District completed the installation of handsets at all locations the week of August 28 - September 1, 2023. Beginning on Thursday, September 7, ITS will begin making name changes, line additions to phones, repairs to phones, as well as taking requests for additional phones.
All requests must be submitted using the links on the JPSD ITS Helpdesk found at https://jpsd.samanage.com. Regular helpdesk incidents, service requests, emails, and/or phone call requests will not be accepted until further notice.
