Ms. Tameka Winston

Ms. Tameka Winston is an illustrious 2003 alumna of Bastrop High School located in Louisiana. She is a graduate of The University of Louisiana at Monroe with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a graduate degree from Grand Canyon University with a Master of Education in Special Education Mild to Moderate Disabilities (K-12). Ms. Winston is in her 7th year as a certified Exceptional Educator at Provine High School. Ms. Winston is certified to teach Mild to Moderate Disabilities (K-12), Psychology (7-12), and Social Studies (7-12) in the state of Mississippi. Before arriving at Provine, Ms. Winston was a Special Education teacher for Morehouse Parish School District and Monroe City Schools located in Louisiana. As a current Jackson Public School District Exceptional Educator, she will continue to benefit her educational skills and abilities to meet the needs of all students in the classroom.
