Mrs. Tracy Clemons-Frazier

I am Tracy Clemons-Frazier, a 30-year educator and life-long learner.  I am the wife of Ricky I and mother of Ricky II, Trey and Joi. I am pleased to have your child be a part of the McWillie family. I am a proud graduate of Jackson State University – Bachelor of Science in Elementary 1992 and Master of Art in Elementary Education 1993. I have my Early Childhood Credentials in Montessori Education – CMTE, New York 2003. Currently, I am serving as a 7-year administrator (Lead Teacher) through MAPQSL (Mississippi Alternate Path to Quality School Leaders) – Hinds Community College 2020. I also serve as a JPSD Mentor (2020)

 I believe that all scholars shine bright because of the love and nurture given at McWillie.  My goal is to challenge your child academically and to help him/her prepare for his/her future.  I believe that your child’s first steps toward college and a successful future career begin with us.  I look forward to working with you and communicating with you often.
