    College and Career Planning Virtual Night

    Please join the JPS Parent and Family Engagement Center on January 26, at 6:00 p.m. for a night of College and Career Planning. We are hosting a virtual session to provide information on financial aid and exciting community programs to support your high school scholars. Join us and the Get2College Center to learn more about the college timeline, financial aid, and more. It’s not too early to get started. This information can benefit your freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior. Staff with the University of Mississippi Medical Center Summer Enrichment Program are also joining us.

    This program is geared toward students underrepresented in medicine – African American, Hispanic, Latinx, and Native Americans, ages 16-18. The goal is to provide information to students regarding the path to medical school and beyond and to encourage students to seriously consider committing to the pursuit of a career in medicine.
