A book that I read this year in my school library that was interesting was Forged By Fire by author Sharon M. Draper. I enjoyed it because the author wrote on the topic of abuse which is something that happens in a lot of homes today, going unnoticed.

I recommend this book to young people going through abuse as encouragement to show them that they can make it through it.

I very much enjoyed Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. This is the seventh and last installment in the Harry Potter series. In this exclusive novel, the main character, Harry Potter, has a variety of problems to face within the epic tale. The beauty of this plot is a thrill. The magic in this book is very invigorating with all of the magical battles and casting away lives and such. Mystery also surrounds this novel with people seeming to be who they aren't and scams being held by the most powerful people in the world. It will make you wonder if you are being controlled like a puppet on a string. It makes you fantasize about outer worldly events. It has that sort of dreamer mentality that makes you think outside of the box; that something strange and magical can happen.

Finally, this book was a joy to read filled with magic and suspense. This will keep you on the edge of your seat for hours to come. Expecto Patronum

My favorite genre of books is fiction. Fiction is my favorite genre of books because they help me to relax and escape reality. My favorite fiction book is Notes on a Near- Life Experience by Olivia Birdsall. I like this particular book because it entertained me to the maximum level. It showed hyperbolic ways that teens act with their friends, their parents, and many other everyday life situations. This book was very exciting to me.

The next time you’re in the library, pick up a fiction book, you’re sure to love it!

I enjoyed the book Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card. It kept me in suspense as I read it. It is about a boy named  Ender Wiggins who is accepted into battle school. It is a school that trains young kids to face-off against the aliens that threaten their way of living. These aliens are also known as "Bugger." Ender is forced to go through trials that he is not ready to go against. I understood what Ender was going through throughout the book. He felt as if he could only rely on himself and no one else.

I like the book because it kept me entertained and in suspense. The ending of the book would shock anyone.  If you enjoy this book, then you should read the companion book, Ender's Shadow.

I love everything there is about books, but the genre of books I love most is fantasy. I love how fantasy takes me to a whole other world altogether. Whether it be past, present, or future, when you leap between the pages of a fantasy your whole world does a 360 degree turn.

It was hard when they told me to choose one book I would recommend because I love them all. Although one book I wouldn't mind reading twice, as a matter of fact, have read twice, is The Hunter's Moon by O. R. Melling. I love how the author takes you to the realms of Faerie and lets you witness the things that go on there. The author also throws in a little splash of romance to keep the reader interested. With all of the magic and wonders in this book, the author binds us so strongly with the characters that you will laugh and cry as he/she teaches you that what is lost can also be gained.
