Our Mission

It is the mission of Brown Elementary School to endow EVERY child with a QUALITY education, which will empower them to COMPETITIVELY function in a technological and multi-cultural society.

Vision Statement

It is the vision of Brown Elementary School to establish a professional learning community, in which teachers accept accountability for all students learning, engage in collaborative activity, embrace professional growth and development, and are compassionate to children's needs.

  • Educators must be caring, competent, and knowledgeable

GOALS

  • To establish and maintain a healthy partnership with our customers
  • To provide a safe, orderly, and clean environment in which to learn
  • To align all classroom instruction to State/District standards
  • To develop and maintain effective classroom management skills
  • To teach our children how to successfully function in our society mentally, socially, and physically
  • To implement researched-based instructional strategies that will enhance student achievement
  • To be knowledgeable of curriculum and assessment in order to make it relevant to societal changes that meet our students' needs and reflects the communities expectation for excellence in education.
