February 12, 2024 – JPS seeks input of stakeholders each year on the Comprehensive Needs Assessment Survey to improve services to scholars. The survey ends March 11, 2024.
February 9, 2024 – Michelle Brown, Alexandria Drake, Dr. Cathy Dunston, Dawn Husband, and Rhonda Murphy Johnson successfully completed the rigorous National Board Certification process in December 2023.
February 1, 2024 – Black History Month is a time to recognize our heritage and achievements as Black Americans. This year, we recognize some homegrown history makers.
February 5, 2024 – Jessie Williams of Jim Hill is the grand recipient of the 2023 MDJ Scholarship. Three senior athletes from Murrah were runners-up. Applications are being accepted for 2024.
March 1, 2024 - Provine High School Student Government Association celebrated "Read Across America Week" by reading to the "Baby Rams" of John Hopkins Elementary.
January 17, 2024 -Provine was just named a recipient of College Board's Female Diversity Award for achieving high female representation in AP Computer Science A.
