 JPS Board Secretary, Timothy Collins presented the Certificate of Appreciation to Horace for leading the "Pledge of Allegiance" at the July 27, 2012, School Board meeting. Horace is a fifth grader at Casey Elementary School where he is an honor student and participates in the Strings program. A big fan of Harry Potter books, McMillon loves reading and science. He is also active in his church. His parents are Reverend and Mrs. Horace McMillon.
