myON reader is a personalized literacy environment that engages students at all reading levels by providing a large library of digital books. Its collection includes over 3,000 enhanced digital books with reading supports. Books are recommended to students based on individual interests and reading level using The Lexile Framework for Reading. NBC Learn K-12
NBC Learn K-12 is an online resource with thousands of videos from NBC News that teachers and students can use for classwork, homework, presentations, and instruction. The resources include historic primary-source newscasts from the NBC News archive as well as content updated daily from NBC News and NBC Learn. The high-quality resources are aligned to curriculum and are searchable by Mississippi State Standards and Common Core standards for ELA/Literacy and Math. Learn more.
MAGNOLIA
MAGNOLIA provides online resources for publicly funded K-12 schools, public libraries, community college libraries, and university libraries in Mississippi. MAGNOLIA online resources include:
- EBSCOhost — supplies a powerful, online reference system offering a variety of full text magazines, journals, and pamphlets from leading information providers.
- Grolier Products — includes several online encyclopedias.
- SIRS Discoverer — provides an interactive reference tool for elementary and middle school students.
